Hi Reader,

Happy Wednesday! This last weekend I took our oldest daughter Lilya to her cheer competition in Palm Springs while Tony was 'super dad' back home with our other 3 kids.

He took the kids to playdates, out do dinner one night, and coordinated them doing their weekly chores this weekend. While I was putting in 17,000 steps a day walking around the Palm Springs Convention center as the volunteer team representative mom for Lilya's cheer team, Tony was also showing homes to 3 sets of clients, two of which had flown into Boise to look at homes.

As Realtors running a husband and wife team in Boise, I'm grateful to have the chance to support our kids in the activities that they love and are shaping them into great young people, while also serving our clients. I'm constantly reminded how lucky we are to work with such thoughtful, trusting clients who make it possible for us to show up fully for both our family and our business.

Moon's Kitchen Cafe on 8th street is seriously our new favorite breakfast spot. The food was incredible, they serve up espressos and lattes, the service was great, and the views were incredible from the second story overlooking 8th street.

Boise Real Estate from my perspective:

Well priced and staged homes that have excellent photos are getting traction in the Boise and Treasure Valley. With interest rates pretty steady, buyers are getting pre-approved as mortgage applications are up and it's a pretty healthy market. Meaning, we have a balanced market in the Treasure Valley right now.

This means whether you are a buyer or seller, negotiations happen on both sides, and nobody really has the upper hand. This is honestly very good for all parties involved.
