Hi Reader,
It's Jill again this week, hi! I spent some time last week creating a digital Spring Guide to Boise, and since you're here on our newsletter, I wanted to share it with you here!
This Spring Guide is great if you live locally and looking for new restaurants to check out, or fun things to do this season in the Treasure Valley. My Spring Guide is also great if you're thinking about moving to Boise, or you're planning a visit this Spring.
Last weekend Tony and I were pretty busy to say the least. It's Spring and the Boise housing market is picking up big time, which is great for our buyers and sellers. Yet, I'm so proud of the two of us for setting aside some intentional time with our kids. Tony took 2 of our kids to a movie on Friday after school (between scheduled showing appointments with our buyers) and I took our youngest on a mom-and-me date to a new coffee shop in Meridian, where we split a slice of gluten free/dairy free banana bread.
This is why I'm so grateful that Tony and I work closely together as a husband and wife real estate team. We can lean on each other for both providing the best client services possible, while also showing up for our kids.
Okay, let's dive into this week's local spotlight of the week - Mindful Coffee Co in Meridian.
β
My Idaho spotlight of the week is a new organic and gluten-free coffee shop in Meridian called Mindful Coffee Co. It's locally owned and just opened it's doors. They provide organic fair-trade coffee, no seed oils, and all of the baked goods are made in-house and are gluten free.
I loved the banana bread! You can watch my video on my Instagram, click here to watch it.β
β
Mindful Coffee Co is located at 4610 N. Linder Rd Ste 105, Meridian, ID and open 7 days a week, M-F from 7-4 and Sat-Sun 8-3. If you go, let me know what you think!

Boise Real Estate from my perspective:
The Boise Spring market is here, and homes are moving. Some homes are getting offers on them the first weekend, others take a few weeks, but the buyers are out shopping and attending open houses.
We are seeing more listings come onto the market every week, and with that, more buyers shopping. And to be honest, there have been some situations with multiple offers. It's a healthy spring real estate market in the Boise and Treasure Valley area of Idaho.
What does that mean for you? It means if you want to list your home in 2026, now would be a GREAT time to reply back to this email and share your goals so we can help guide you through the steps to make that happen.
If you are wanting to buy a home in 2026, now would also be a great time to either reply back to this email so we can start helping you search.
Win of the Week: One of our clients just received multiple offers on the sale of their home, after just 4 days of being on the market! They are under contract. Pricing is SO important, but so is staging and marketing the home's best features. Tony and I are thrilled for our clients and feel so grateful for their trust in us.
We also hosted our monthly coffee meetup and connected with may of you yesterday. Sadly, I forgot to take a picture this month.
Our next meetup will be Tuesday, April 14th at 11am at Mindful Coffee Co. It's the new coffee shop in Meridian that I shared about above, so save the date! We'd love to see you there! You can RSVP on our Facebook Event page here.
If youβve been wondering what a move might look like this year, or you just want to talk through possibilities for the future, weβre always here as a resource. We're happy to talk anytime. No pressure, just a great conversation.
P.S. If you hope to buy or sell a home in 2026, take 2 minutes to fill out this form so we can learn more about your goals.

Hi Reader, It's Jill again this week, BUT I'm adding in a section below with Tony's words. He's been really busy serving our clients this spring, so I decided to send out my normal weekly newsletter to you sharing all the local happenings AND just ask him to contribute with a small section. So, keep reading if you want to read Tony's take on the local Boise real estate market. Jill & Tony Greising-Murschel But first, can I share with you how grateful I am to have so many amazing people in our...
Hi Reader, I bought a new phone... and our car engine died. Good thing we had 4 vehicles (with 2 teenage drivers). Now it's time to shuffle around vehicles, yet Tony and I feel so blessed to have 3 functioning cars. Sometimes life throws you curveballs, and you figure it out. :) Last weekend I attended my yearly mastermind retreat with other female entrepreneurs in Washington. I spent time setting some big goals, while Tony was back in Boise helping our clients look at homes in Hidden...
Hi Reader, Are you thriving? Tony and I are healthy, our kids are finally over their colds, clients are reaching out to us (thank you!) and trusting us to help them buy or sell their homes this year, and life overall is amazing. We named our business 'Thrive in Boise' because our goal is to thrive and help you and others thrive as well. Tony & Jill Greising-Murschel on a date at Coa del Mar So that's why I'm asking... are you thriving? I hope so! If not, I hope that you make 2026 be the year...
