Hi Reader,
Are you thriving? Tony and I are healthy, our kids are finally over their colds, clients are reaching out to us (thank you!) and trusting us to help them buy or sell their homes this year, and life overall is amazing. We named our business 'Thrive in Boise' because our goal is to thrive and help you and others thrive as well.

So that's why I'm asking... are you thriving? I hope so!
If not, I hope that you make 2026 be the year that you begin to thrive. Take the leap and live the life you've been hoping for. Focus on your health, or your family, or building community, or a new career, or maybe even moving into a new home if that's been a dream of yours.
A little insight into one way WE thrive. Tony and I may work closely together as a husband and wife real estate team, but we also prioritize going on dates to keep our marriage strong. We recently went on a really fun and unique date in downtown Boise that I want to share with you.
This week's local spotlight of the week - Season and Taste Cooking School.
โ
My Idaho spotlight of the week is a locally owned cooking school in downtown Boise called Season and Taste Cooking School. It's located on 8th street above Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. We recently went on a date there, and it was SO much fun.
I created a video (reel) on Instagram showing you a bit of our experience. Click here to watch it.
โ
They offer a variety of classes throughout the week. Some are adults only, while others are family-friendly. The classes last about 2 1/2 hours and you get to eat what you cook, of course!
From baking and pasta making classes, to dinner date night classes, it's a great way to meet new people and improve your cooking skills.

Boise Real Estate from my perspective:
Interest rates just dropped below 6% on Monday, and it wasn't any news headline that pushed them down. They've been gradually headed that way all month long. So this means, they may not bounce back or if they do, not by much. This is great for our housing market.
The spring market is here in Boise and the Treasure Valley and we are seeing an increased supply of homes. Meaning, more listings are hitting the market. This is bringing more buyers out shopping.

If you're interested in shopping homes in the Boise and Treasure Valley, then you can click here to search for homes and see what stands out to you.
If you're looking to buy or sell a home in March or April, reach out to usโ
โ
Win of the Week: Tony and I were featured in the Boise Real Producer's magazine as 'Agents on Fire' for the month of February.
โ
They interviewed us and shared a 3-page story about our family traveling to 43 states and 5 countries before picking Boise, Idaho to settle down in. If you don't know our story, you can read it here.
We feel honored to be featured!
Whether you're thinking about making a move this spring or just want to know what your options might be down the road, we're always happy to talk. No pressure, no sales pitch, just a conversation about what makes sense for you and your family.

Hi Reader, I bought a new phone... and our car engine died. Good thing we had 4 vehicles (with 2 teenage drivers). Now it's time to shuffle around vehicles, yet Tony and I feel so blessed to have 3 functioning cars. Sometimes life throws you curveballs, and you figure it out. :) Last weekend I attended my yearly mastermind retreat with other female entrepreneurs in Washington. I spent time setting some big goals, while Tony was back in Boise helping our clients look at homes in Hidden...
