We had such an incredible weekend! On Friday night, Tony and I hosted our 4th annual client appreciation event at the Idaho Steelheads hockey game, and we had 106 of you join us. We rented out two full sections, and it was amazing. Click here to see the video of the hockey event.
Watching everyone connect, seeing families and couples enjoy the game together, and just being surrounded by so many wonderful people who've trusted us with their real estate journeys... that's what fills our cup. Events like this remind us exactly WHY we do what we do.
We're so grateful to each of you who came out. As Realtors running a husband and wife team in Boise, we know our business grows when you trust us enough to tell your friends and family about us. My Idaho spotlight of the week is a locally owned restaurant called Oak Barrel. Tony and I often went on dates here, but it had been a while so I wanted to take him to lunch.

Boise Real Estate from my perspective:
In Boise, homes listed in the $400K range that are turnkey and ready to go, are going fast. We've been helping buyers shop around this range in Boise and several had multiple offers on them within the first 2 days of being listed. The spring market is just about here, and activity is picking up.

Win of the Week: Last week we celebrated with our clients who just closed on their dream home in Meridian, after a longer-than-expected escrow. There were some ups and downs along the way, but seeing them get the keys made every day of stress worth it.
